Transition Coaching assists key leaders and their teams to adapt and perform well in the face of integration and change. Issues of identity, differing roles and responsibilities, the achievement of results in an unsettled environment and exercising emotional competence are addressed.

Participants will have opportunities to assess strengths and areas for development. They will learn to integrate their working style with the new organization to produce desired business results. Insights into barriers and potential pitfalls will be developed guided by a more complete understanding of the organizational context. Each participant will craft action items to move them toward professional success and personal satisfaction. Coaching meetings are targeted to an individuals needs and designed to accelerate integration.
